This Fargo DTC4500e plastic card printer is a dual sided printer with USB and Ethernet connectivity and dual sided lamination. Perfect for printing dual sided cards with dual sided protection of a lamination.
The Fargo 55500 comes with additional optional security features including password protection, data decryption, locking dual card hoppers that make managing differ stocks of cards easier and optional holographic or UV overlaminates that help increase the durability of your cards. This printer is brilliant for organisations in need of advanced card protection and advanced performance.
The DTC4500e has a print speed of 16 seconds and is capable of printing 225 cards per hour. It also features a 200 card input and a 100 card output. The Fargo DTC4500e accepts CR80 cards and CR79 Adhesive backed cards.
This Fargo Printer is also an ENERGY STAR® Certified Product; this means that the Fargo DTC4500e provides you with high performance and energy efficient printing. The default time for the printer to go in to sleep mode was previously two hours, but this has been reduces to just five minutes. The printer design enhancements have also further reduced the power consumption when it is in sleep mode or on standby.
