It’s a cleaning kit made specifically for use with your Magicard Rio Pro and Magicard Enduro plastic card printer. And let’s be honest, what’s better than a clean and healthy printer? Not much guys, not much!
The kit includes 1 cleaning pen and 10 cleaning cards. So, the cleaning cards, these are used to clean the card rollers. We suggest that you run a cleaning card through your card printer every time you change your printer ribbon. The card itself has a somewhat adhesive surface so that as it runs through the printer it grabs all the dust and debris that it lying around. But how does this benefit you? Well, when the cleaning rollers are clean and the pathway the cards take are clean, it leads to cleaner and healthier plastic card and printer.
So, what does the cleaning pen do, and what is it for? The cleaning pen is used to clean the elements of the print head. The print head is a massive instrument in the making of your plastic cards, and keeping that clean is a monumental part in keeping your printer healthy and helping to produce the most effective plastic cards. It’s more advised that you speak to a specialist before cleaning your print head as you have to be super careful in where you touch it, the simplest of damage can really affect the printer and the cards produced.
